In 2018, GBHS began a program called "Yes Save", bringing more animals in for eventual dispersement. At the same time they began a TNR program for cats, and stopped performing euthanasias at the owners' request. For the purposes of presentation, we are combining Tranfers In and Out with the "Yes Save" animals coming in and going out for the total transfer numbers.
